General Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Prepper Co before an item is shipped back.
To obtain a RAN, please contact our customer support team prior to sending your return.
Items returned without authorization may be refused or may incur a restocking fee.
When Returning an Item
Please follow these steps to ensure proper processing:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, instructions, accessories, and documentation.

Include a written explanation of the reason for return.

Ship the item prepaid via UPS or insured U.S. Mail.

Include a copy of your receipt for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees will be refunded only if the product is determined to be defective or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can begin a damage claim and walk you through the next steps.
Do not discard the packaging or the product until the claim process is fully completed.
Once the claim is verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products and/or manufacturer restrictions, some items are not eligible for return, including:

Food items – All food sales are final. No returns or refunds are permitted for any reason.
If a food item arrives damaged, we will replace it once the claim is validated.
We strongly recommend sampling a smaller quantity before making bulk purchases. -
