Order Processing

Most in stock items are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after your payment has been successfully authorized and your order has been verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

Most products on Prepper Co qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Oversized, freight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Mountain House Food Orders

To ensure you receive the freshest possible product with the longest available shelf life, all Mountain House food products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of Mountain House orders. While many orders arrive sooner, this additional time helps ensure you receive the freshest production dates available.

If your order contains both Mountain House products and other merchandise, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Other Food Products

Some additional food items may also ship directly from the manufacturer or a distribution warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse inventory but normal shipping times are under 24 hours

Multiple Shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately from different warehouses or manufacturers at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing or delivery.

Prepper Co is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Combined Shipping

Whenever possible, we combine multiple items into a single shipment to reduce packaging waste and improve shipping efficiency.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been picked up by the carrier.
